The organization and management of resources and responsibilities for dealing with all aspects of emergencies, in particularly mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery. Emergency management involves plans, structures and arrangements established to engage the normal endeavors of government, voluntary and private agencies in a comprehensive and coordinated way to respond to the whole spectrum of emergency needs. Become a Member of OEM OR CERT You can join OEM or CERT, too! It is a volunteer organization for the town of Bound Brook. Send us a message with the Join OEM form and we'll get in touch with you. We are looking for new members! SUPPORTING BOUND BROOK OEM AND CERT *New* Donations are graciously appreciated. To support OEM and CERT, your request can be sent to Bound Brook OEM 230 Hamilton St or contact any member for information on other means of support.
